Steammasterspro.net is a fraudulent company with a history of stealing rugs

Several months ago Steammasterspro.net picked up our $5,000 rug. It has been over 3 months since we have seen the rug and the Company has constantly lied about when they will deliver the rug. After months of attempts and threatening legal action, the owner (Laurence) texted us to say that they flooded the rug and that it is now covered in mold. THEY REFUSE TO REPLACE THE RUG and furthermore do not even answer the phone. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.
